Education: Hainan University (Bachelor degree, 1994), Hainan University (Master's degree, 2004). 2005-2009 — postgraduate studies at Far Eastern State University. In 2008 she defended her thesis for the Cand. Sci. (Law) degree devoted to “Counteracting crimes committed by Chinese citizens in the Russian Far East” at Baikal State University of Economics and Law. In 2009—2012 she studied at the Peking Pedagogical University. 

Director of China-Russian Centre for Comparative Law at Hainan University.
