The Yearbook is an international Russian-Chinese journal that was founded in 2016 to publicize the results of research and studies in the field of legal sciences and to promote their wider dissemination.

The Journal constitutes the basis for the intellectual space where law scholars exchange the results of their research for the purpose of further international cooperation between Russian and Chinese researchers whose professional skills have developed as the result of their educational and research activities.
